How long can I continue with Turbo dieta®?
With the intensive Turbo dieta® Program a period of 14 days is recommended in one go. In general a break of 7-14 days should be held between the 14-day periods, until that dream weight is reached.
Can I prolong the Turbo dieta® Program?
It’s best to let the body relax and have some solid food. If you have a larger amount of weight to shed, you should restart with a new diet after 2 weeks. If you only have a few kilos to lose continue after a few days, with the Easy- or the Night Program.
How often can I repeat the Turbo dieta® Program?
After two weeks with the Turbo dieta® Program we recommend 1-2 weeks break. During this time, if possible, take up exercise or increase the amount of exercise you do and pay attention to eating a moderate amount of food. Remember: for women a daily 1500-1800 calories and for men a daily 2000-2200 calories are recommended. After this you can start your diet again to lose those kilos. For those suffering from a large amount of overweight it’s a good idea to do a fasting of 2 weeks every 2 -3 months so there’s no chance of your clothes being too tight at the end of the year. There are no restrictions on doing the diet.
What can I eat when I take a brake from dieting?
In between two diets you can eat almost anything. There are two rules: watch the amount of food and don’t eat anything heavy in the late hours of the evening.
If I am doing a diet or a liquid detox diet now can I start with Turbo dieta® straightaway?
Do take a break in between the two diets, let your body prepare for the Turbo dieta® protein shake.
If I a do number of diet programs in succession, is it possible that, although I do things exactly the same way, the diet is not as effective as it was the first time?
Yes, as the body composition (fat/muscle ratio) changes during the diet. It might happen that your body wants more protein during the second program and that is why you will need to increase your daily portion- and the diet will work effectively again.

How can I measure the calculated daily amount of Turbo dieta® powder?
The measuring spoon in the box contains 8 grams.
How can I mix the powder in the easiest way?
The best way is to use the special Turbo dieta® Shaker. If you don’t have a shaker you can use an egg whisker or a blender.
What’s the point of colon cleansing?
Colon cleansing rids the intestines of built up excreta that may slow down the absorption of nutrients and proteins; this was colon cleansing can positively influence the Turbo dieta® Program. The duration of colon cleansing differs from person to person but usually it takes half a day. If you are suffering from any colon problems use pharmacy available detox teas to replace Hunyadi Janos medicinal water or bitter salt. During the course of the Turbo dieta® Program it’s strictly forbidden to use any laxatives.
What can I do if my bowel functions are not back to normal after the detox phase on the first day?
In this case do not use milk with your shake powder, use water instead to stop the faster bowel functions and so that protein is absorbed in your body. This diet doesn’t reach its objective through a laxative effect but by using up the fat reserves.
What can I do If I have no bowel movements for days?
If that happens, increase the daily amount by 10-15%, paying special attention to drinking enough fluids and having your vegetable soup (without the vegetables) If that doesn’t bring any changes, as a last resort, do one other colon cleansing using the remaining Hunyadi medicinal water. For reasons mentioned earlier DO NOT do the detoxing treatment frequently!
What should I eat if I still feel hungry after having my daily portion?
If you feel hunger, prepare another half portion of the shake to suppress it. Have a bowl of vegetable soup or take a walk in the fresh air, as many times it’s only the eyes that are hungry, you can cure that by going for a relaxing walk.
If I use less powder than calculated based on my height, am I going to lose more weight?
No. For a functioning body and for basic metabolism a certain amount of nutrition is necessary.Your daily portion of shake powder was calculated on that basis, so if you consume less than that, your body will raise the alarm, stop the weight-loss, and starts storing up.
I eat 5 meals a day, how do I spread out my daily portion?
You can divide your daily portion into several meals, the most important thing is to have all of the calculated daily amount.
Usually I have two meals a day (I never have breakfast for example). What should I do during a diet with protein shake?
The Turbo dieta® method is based on consuming the daily amount of powder calculated according to your height. If you skip a main meal, the calculated amount must be spread amongst the remaining number of meals. It’s important to have the whole calculated daily amount.
Can I eat during the Turbo dieta® Program ?
During the Intensive Program no solid food is allowed. No yoghurt, not even an apple or a squashed banana as these will stop your body being ‘reprogrammed’ and that will negatively influence your diet. Don’t need to worry about feeling hungry, as the Turbo dieta® protein shake will make you feel satiated. Do not drink calorie-rich drinks during the Turbo dieta® Program, cut your smoking to the minimum, decrease the amount of coffee and avoid black tea. You can consume self-made vegetable soup (without the vegetables) as much as 1-1.5l even from the first day after colon cleansing.
What should I do if weight-loss doesn’t start?
If you follow the rules of the diet, you will feel the effect after a few days (in kilos or cms) Some people, due to a unique body composition or lifestyle may have special needs, and they need to follow a personalised diet. Can I switch to the Lifstyle Program after the Intensive Program?
It’s recommended to take a break of one or two weeks and only continue with the Easy Program afterwards. The body needs variety and it’s really worth taking a break, as it will be much easier to cope with more dieting.
What foods can I eat if I choose the Lifestyle Program?
With this method 500-600 calories are recommended for lunch. This can be salad with grilled meat, fish or rissoles or with a fried egg, etc. We’ve complied a few recipes>> that you can freely eat while on the Lifestyle Program.
What is best to mix the powder in?
It’s the best and tastiest if the powder is dissolved in 300 ml of skimmed milk, but you can use water too. If you use water, increase the amount of powder you use by 20%.!
Can I prepare the shake using 0.5% milk?
It’s recommended that you use 1.5% milk. If you are using 0.5% milk you will need to increase the amount of powder by 20%.
Can I use a variety of flavours?
Yes, you may even choose a different flavour for each meal. That will make your diet more varied.
Can I use fruit juice or yoghurt to mix the power in?
It is not recommended to use sugary fruit juices or yoghurt to make your shake.
Can I mix the protein shake mix powder with tea or coffee?
Yes, but make sure, the drink is not too hot, as heat ruins the enzymes and microorganisms stored in yoghurt that are important for a maintaining a healthy gut flora.
Can I drink coffee during the diet?
Yes, but drink an extra 1-2 glasses of mineral water with each coffee as coffee is a diuretic. For a fasting metabolism you need sufficient body fluids!
Can I use sugar free chewing gum?
It’s best not to. Chewing stimulates saliva production, which causes hunger. Rather, let a mint candy dissolve under your tongue this will not cause increased saliva production.
Can I drink any type of drinks during the diet?
During the diet it’s recommended to use mineral water, vegetable soup (without the vegetables), fruits and green tea. This kind of liquid intake supports the detox mechanisms of the body the best. Fizzy drinks, sugary fruit or vegetable juices and flavoured mineral water are not recommended.
Can I flavour the water?
You can flavour the water as you like as long as you don’t increase your calorie intake. In this diet program sugar intake is not recommended.
Is alcohol banned in this diet?
Due to the sugar content of alcohol it’s rich in calories and it causes hunger- therefore it’s not recommended…. A glass of dry wine is ok though, if social life requires you to.
Why can I not use detox of diuretic tea or other preparations during the diet?
When calculating the daily quantity we take into account the amount of energy necessary for metabolism. That’s why it’s important to always have the calculated daily quantity. Detox and diuretic products stop proteins from being absorbed properly, that way the body can only make use of less nutrients than it needs.
What and how much of antioxidant is necessary?
Use Turbo dieta® Antioxidant capsules. One in the morning and one at lunchtime every day.
Why is it important us have vegetable soup?
Vegetable soup help in maintaining the acid-base balance of the body. This also makes dieting easier, and its flavour perfectly complements the protein shake’s sweet flavours and without it the diet might become a little dull during two weeks.
How to make the vegetable soup?
Vegetable soup can be made using any vegetable. You can find ideas for preparation following this link>> Soups made from stock cubes or powders can’t replace the fluid made from fresh vegetables. If you don’t have time to cook, choose the freshly squeezed or good quality vegetable juiced available from shops. You can also drink tomato juice now and again but it’s recommended that you dilute it in water. Important the vegetable soup/juice must not contain added sugar.
What can I use instead of vegetable soup?
Vegetable soup is the best to complement the diet, but if you cannot prepare it for any reason, use freshly squeezed vegetable juice or organic vegetable juices. Watch out for added sugar as they should not contain any. If I (regularly) exercise, do I need to take the same amount of protein shake?
No, On those days when you do exercise take a full- or half portion of shake powder half an hour before or after your training session as he metabolism level increases at that time and the quantity needs to follow that.
If I haven’t done exercise, is it a good idea to start together with the diet?
No, because the body doesn’t react favourably to big, sudden changes. It’s not worth starting the two things at the same time. The Turbo dieta® Program is useful on its own without exercise, so we recommend so start with the diet and then start with exercise.
I must attend a family event where I can’t say no to tasty food. How do I carry on with the diet?
If you are interrupting the Intensive Program, you should start the next day with colon cleansing. After that it’s all back to normal and you can continue as usual. If you are on the Lifestyle Program you only need to reorganize your solid food consumption. Eat something light at the event and your other two meals will be the protein shake drinks.
QUESTIONS RELATING TO STATE OF HEALTH
Is advanced age a disadvantage when trying the Turbo dieta® Program?
When we are older a decrease in muscle and accumulating fat on a larger scale are problem. It’s especially important with advanced age to keep a healthy weight as we can avoid a number of diseases. According to the results of the latest scientific research, a diet using a protein product has an excellent effect on maintaining muscle and at the same time the body burns 50% more fat than with conventional diets. Movement becomes easier which is a benefit as exercising, to your ability, contributes to maintaining muscle and vitality.

I have high blood pressure: Can I go on the Turbo dieta® Program?
High blood pressure is commonly caused by being overweight. This diet leads to a loss of fat and it’s a good way of getting rid of flat, so high blood pressure is not an obstacle.
I am gluten/lactose intolerant, can I use the Turbo dieta® Program?
People with gluten or lactose intolerance can use Turbo dieta® protein shake .
But neither gluten nor lactose intolerant people can use the ready made, single portion shake.
I am diabetic, can I use the Turbo dieta® Program?
Please consult your doctor before you start! The more fat tissue someone has the higher the risk of diabetes. Consequently, especially diabetics benefit from losing fat. The Turbo dieta® Program is a very effective fat loss method, a great benefit of which is that muscle mass is retained while on the diet. As muscle is the location where a large amount of blood sugar is burnt by the body; the higher the muscle mass and the lower the amount of fat, the higher the chances that blood sugar levels will normalize. If there are no doubts from your doctor about Turbo dieta® or your doctor recommends it, Turbo dieta® protein shake is a great choice.
Can I use the Turbo dieta® Program if I have thyroid problems?
In case of thyroid problems you must consult your doctor before starting the Turbo dieta® Program. In case of Underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) a diet based on protein is effective but supplementing it with iodine intake is recommended. For the production of thyroid hormone (thyroxine) the body needs iodine, for the replacement of which we recommend Jodaqua to go with the Turbo dieta® Program. In case of an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) positive changes can be achieved by supplementing meals: in this case the aims is weight gain as the patient, despite an excessive appetite, is usually unable to reach the ideal weight.
Can I start the Turbo dieta® Program while breastfeeding?
Those mums who breastfeed two or more times a day should wait before going on any diet, including the Turbo dieta® Program., as the body has a higher need for calories. If you are breastfeeding once a day, it’s recommended that you replace you evening meal with Turbo dieta® protein shake.
