LOSING THE PAIN KILOS
My name is Szilvia, I’m 35 and I lost altogether 5 kilos with Turbo dieta® in 14 days. But that’s not the main thing-I quit comfort stress eating!
It’s not all about the kilos. With the help of Turbo dieta® I could leave behind an unhealthy lifestyle and wrong reflexes. I am one of the many people who eat principally due to psychological reasons and put on weight afterwards. On regular occasions, I ate not because of feeling hungry but because of emotional reasons. When I was sad, frustrated or stressed, for some reason, I turned to cakes, ice cream or chocolate.
This way, I had two distinct periods always changing. When I was stressed and I ate more, -that’s when the kilos were put on; and when I had a go at a diet. The determination usually lasted a couple of days- one week at most, because there was always an excuse for “sinning”.
I was consoling myself for variety of reasons as there was always something I‘d had enough of and this way I could let the steam off. There are many people around me who do the same- It’s easier to raid the fridge than to find other ways of pushing down the stress levels-for example to put on a pair of trainers and run a couple of laps around the block.
Enough!
I started off with Turbo dieta® as with any other diet. The reason I succeeded this time was because of the method. Since then I’ve read the many people’s accounts of their diets and I agree that Turbo Dieta® is successful because while the kilos are melting away you don’t feel hungry at all. I experienced the same, but I wasn’t eating because I felt hungry. So I think it might have been more difficult for me, I had to fight a bigger battle with myself, for myself. As many other others I was helped by a sense of achievement in overcoming those difficult moments.
During the diet, I had different periods changing with different motivations and different successes. The first day with the bitter salt was terrible but the result was visible the next day. Immediate effect: My stomach was flatter, was probably full of water and I was also bloated. I have to admit I drank the shake that day so I didn’t feel the taste of the bitter salt in my mouth. Then came the first couple of days which were probably the most difficult. But as I knew I usually compensated for negative things by eating I tried to stay away from conflicts and that helped a lot. I tried to keep calm in my private life as well- I avoided my friends a bit too. Fortunately my partner stood by me especially because he knew how much weight I got
