NIGHT PROGRAMME OF TURBO DIET®
We recommend the Turbo Diet® Night Programme for anyone wishing to lose a smaller amount of weight at a slower pace.
We recommend this programme for anyone that doesn’t want to give up their favourite food, but nevertheless wishes to watch their weight. One main meal is substituted with Turbo Diet® protein powder or Shake with the help of this programme.
The diet
During the day, alongside a calorie intake of 1200-1500 kcal, we recommend that you substitute your afternoon snack and dinner with a 2x35 g portion of Turbo Diet® protein powder or 1 bottle of Turbo Diet® Shake, which is the ready-made brand of the protein powder.
When following this programme, pay attention to eating low-fat, low-carbohydrate foodstuffs and drinking a sufficient volume of fluids. You can continue the Night Programme for one month, or even longer, as part of a healthier lifestyle.

Whichever Turbo Diet® Programme you choose, the objective is to achieve long-term success and to keep an ideal weight for a long time.
After the diet, the method itself will prevent you from regaining the kilos you have lost, because you did not make your body starve.
You can keep the turbo-effect working by replacing one main meal with a Turbo Diet® protein powder or Shake. Replace your main meal with 35 g (4-4.5 spoon) of Turbo Diet® protein powder dissolved in skim-milk. If you fast all day-long, spread out the dosage calculated earlier for the Intensive Programme throughout the day.
We recommend Turbo Diet® Shake >> for keeping your weight and leading a healthy lifestyle, which shake substitutes a full meal. If you don’t have the time to eat good quality food, choose the practical ready-to-go and nutritious single-portion version of the protein powder.
Please ask yourself the following question 3-4 days after starting the diet to convince yourself that everything is well for you.

- I truly feel hungry.
- I have diarrhoea/ am constipated.
- I thoroughly checked the shake powder measurement method and accurately followed instructions.
- I followed diet instructions.
- I chose the Turbo Diet® Programme adjusted to my excess weight.
- I drink a sufficient amount of fluid (altogether 3 litres per day).
- I gave not gained any weight for days.
