No registration is needed to order. After ordering you will receive a confirmation email, so it is really important that you provide true contact details.

Information and Delivery costs for Hungary
You will not be charged for packaging but deliveries are made at customers cost. Products ordered will be delivered by GarTrans Courier Service. Packages are delivered on working days  from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. For seamless delivery please indicate morning or afternoon times.

Delivery costs:

Regular transport: 2-3 working days 990HUF
Emergency transport: 1-2 working days 1290 HUF

Prices include 27% VAT

Orders above 30 000 HUF are delivered free of charge

Payment for products ordered can only be made upon arrival of the product. (Cash on Delivery) You will pay directly to the delivery person, which will include product and delivery cost.


Information on International Delivery:
We will not charge for packaging. Delivery costs are paid by the customer. Products ordered will be delivered by DPD Courier Service. Deliveries are made from 8:00am to 8:00 pm.

Delivery times are approximate:
* In these countries, delivery times may be extended with customs clearance time
** In case of Greece, to the Island of Crete 3.6 EUR, for other Island 11 EUR surcharge 
     applies.

Delivery rates are calculated on the basis of a 3kg package which is roughly the content of a 2 week diet. For any orders of higher weight, individual price offers will be calculated,
Payment for orders can only be made in advance. In case of payment in EUR the exchange rate of the Hungarian National Bank (MNB) will apply. (www.mnb.hu)
In case of bank transfer, please indicate that the buyer shall bare all bank transfer costs and commissions i.e the amount confirmed in advance shall be paid into our account. (Product price + Delivery costs)
After receipt of the order our colleague contacts the buyer for delivery and invoicing details.

Cancellation policy:
Orders are registered and dispatched before 2pm on working days.(Orders made after 3pm will be processed the following (working) day. Order can be modified or cancelled in writing (in email info@turbodieta.hu) in SMS text message +36 70 9433708 or by fax: +36 1 4510295 until 3pm. In case a cancellation is made after this time and the package has been dispatched a cost of 1800HUF will be charged.

 All data provided by our clients upon registration are treated confidentially and will not be given out to third parties. In our data protection policies we took into account the 1992 LXIII Act on Protection of Personal and Public data as well as the 1998 VI. Act on Processing Personal Information and Personal Protection.
