CM3® Alginate is made from natural ingredients, it makes you feel full and satiated.

CM3^® Alginate produces its effect in the stomach. The content of the capsule, the Alginate body, expands in the stomach and by stimulating the satiety receptor in the stomach lining it sends signals to the brain saying “I am full!” This way we can eat without feeling hungry.

Using the CM3^® Alginate is really simple. Depending on the amount of food normally consumed, take 1-3 capsules half an hour before meals. Due to the effects of the capsule the amount of food consumed will decrease and you will feel full after eating less.
